Privacy Policy
Khaas Club (“we”, “us”) is a platform that connects businesses with content creators on social media. This document explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, how it is stored, and what rights you have over it. By using the Khaas Club website and app, you accept this policy.
1. Information we collect
a) Registration and account information: phone number (WhatsApp), name, user role (business or influencer), city and field of activity.
b) Identity verification information (influencers): images of ID documents, a selfie, a selfie holding the document, a live video for identity confirmation, and the information needed to verify ownership of an Instagram page. This information is collected solely to prevent fraud and fake pages.
c) Business verification information: the business name and address, proof of activity and, for online businesses, an electronic trust symbol (e-Namad).
d) Financial information: your IBAN for settlement and withdrawals, and your transaction history on the platform. Bank card details are not stored by us, and payments are processed through licensed payment gateways.
e) Collaboration information: content uploaded for campaign delivery, insights data and screenshots, in-app chat messages, ratings and dispute files.
f) Technical information: device type, app version, IP address and error logs, used to improve performance and security.
g) Website waitlist: if you join the waitlist, we store only your contact number and user role.
2. Why we collect this information
- To create and manage your account and provide the platform’s services
- To verify users and prevent fraud, fake accounts and abuse
- To run the campaign process: secure payment, commitment deposit, check-in, content delivery and dispute resolution
- For financial settlement and compliance with legal requirements
- For support, campaign status updates and important announcements
- To improve security, reliability and user experience
3. What other users can see
An influencer’s public profile (display name, city, field of activity, audience insights, portfolio, rating and collaboration history) is visible to businesses. A business’s information (name, address and campaign details) is shown to influencers. ID documents, identity verification video, IBAN and financial information are never shown to other users.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers: the payment gateway, SMS and notification service, and hosting infrastructure, only to the extent necessary to provide our services.
- Legal requirements: upon an official request from judicial authorities or competent bodies under applicable law in the United Arab Emirates.
- Dispute resolution: documents relating to a dispute are used only by the Khaas Club arbitration team, and only as far as needed to reach a ruling.
5. Storage and security
Your information is stored on servers located inside the country. Access to identity documents is limited to authorized staff, communications are encrypted, and we use standard technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access. However, no system is entirely risk-free, and if a security incident affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Account information is retained as long as your account is active. After an account is deleted, personal information is removed within 90 days at most, except where it must be kept because of legal requirements, an outstanding financial settlement or an open dispute.

- View and correct your account information from within the app
- Request deletion of your account and personal information
- Unsubscribe from the waitlist and from non-essential notifications
- Get an explanation of how your information is used

7. Cookies and analytics
The Khaas Club website may use essential cookies and anonymous analytics tools to understand how the site is used. These tools do not collect your identifying information. We also use a cookie to remember your language preference.
8. Children
Khaas Club’s services are not offered to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
This document may be updated. Significant changes will be announced through the app or by SMS, and the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
